Upcoming legal changes to small business and consumer contracts

Calling all Australian business owners – do you know about the upcoming legal changes to small business and consumer contracts?

From 9 November 2023, new Unfair Contract Term laws will be introduced. These new laws will affect all small business and consumer contracts and include heavy penalties of up to $50 million for businesses that don’t comply.
